[center]Was...this a store? Your eyes roamed over the bookshelves that lined the rough stone walls, filled to almost bursting with haphazardly placed books and rolls of parchment. Stacks of more books (teetering dangerously close to falling to the floor) stood at the base of these shelves as if someone had started in with the intention of shelving them but had given up halfway. Gingerly you step through the threshold and quickly realize that you had to mind your footing. Not only was there stray rolls of parchment on the floor but a variety of odds and ends as well. Bone fragments, mangled textiles, moldy leather those were just some of the things spread across the floor like odd carpeting. Luckily the cavern that you had found yourself in was well lit even though there wasn't an open flame in sight (thankfully). Glowing pocket baubles wound round the stalactites that hung from the high ceiling while potted Deepmine Fungi nestled between clusters of stalagmites. The lighting threw all sorts of odd shadows over the cave, and you find yourself drawn to the cauldron that sat on a strange bronze cube in the center of the room.
[b]"Don't fall in. Who knows what colored muck you'll become."[/b] Catching only a glimpse of yellow feathers sticking out of the sluggish silver muck your attention zeros in on a figure in the shadows. A male Tundra steps into the low light, looking at you from above the rim of his glasses. "[b]You smell like you're in search of something, friend. Can't be those reagents, we send those straight to the markets."[/b] He comes closer, traversing the cave with ease despite his bulk. You realize that there are well-worn paths on the floor through all this junk. [b]"Is it stories you seek? Ideas? We'll get started. Take a seat."[/b] He paused, realizing that you'd need a shovel or a pickaxe to get to a chair under the clutter and corrects himself. [b]"[i]Find[/i] a seat."[/b] It takes a while, but you somehow make yourself comfortable, and he continues.
[b]"Here, the services that are offered can be exchanged for levels. Five levels will get you on your way to starting your very own legend for your Lair. Do you wish for pirates? Rogues? A road map to detailing twisted relationships? I'll throw ideas your way in no less than five points but perhaps more than ten."[/b] He pulls a piece of parchment out from a pile nearby and hands it to you. Surprisingly it holds a summary of what he had just said. [b]"If you already have ideas of your own, you can double that number in exchange for a fleshed out biography. Ten levels will get you six hundred words or more detailing personality and backstory, motivations and aspirations."[/b]
More examples are passed over with the Tundra looking a little distracted. [b]"Fifteen levels can be exchanged for a short story. It can be a romance or a fight, for a single individual or more. It will never be less than a thousand words long. The catch is, you have to provide the prompt for the scene."[/b] He looks about to continue when a crash, followed by a boom and a bang echoes from another underground room. Someone is roaring about Yellow-Throated Sparrowmice while other voices call for a Kruger to calm down. The Tundra sighs. [b]"I must attend to this chaos. Please do look over samples, prices and, rules. Leave your order on the table. I can find it in this mess."[/b][/center]

Was...this a store? Your eyes roamed over the bookshelves that lined the rough stone walls, filled to almost bursting with haphazardly placed books and rolls of parchment. Stacks of more books (teetering dangerously close to falling to the floor) stood at the base of these shelves as if someone had started in with the intention of shelving them but had given up halfway. Gingerly you step through the threshold and quickly realize that you had to mind your footing. Not only was there stray rolls of parchment on the floor but a variety of odds and ends as well. Bone fragments, mangled textiles, moldy leather those were just some of the things spread across the floor like odd carpeting. Luckily the cavern that you had found yourself in was well lit even though there wasn't an open flame in sight (thankfully). Glowing pocket baubles wound round the stalactites that hung from the high ceiling while potted Deepmine Fungi nestled between clusters of stalagmites. The lighting threw all sorts of odd shadows over the cave, and you find yourself drawn to the cauldron that sat on a strange bronze cube in the center of the room.
"Don't fall in. Who knows what colored muck you'll become." Catching only a glimpse of yellow feathers sticking out of the sluggish silver muck your attention zeros in on a figure in the shadows. A male Tundra steps into the low light, looking at you from above the rim of his glasses. "You smell like you're in search of something, friend. Can't be those reagents, we send those straight to the markets." He comes closer, traversing the cave with ease despite his bulk. You realize that there are well-worn paths on the floor through all this junk. "Is it stories you seek? Ideas? We'll get started. Take a seat." He paused, realizing that you'd need a shovel or a pickaxe to get to a chair under the clutter and corrects himself. "Find a seat." It takes a while, but you somehow make yourself comfortable, and he continues.
"Here, the services that are offered can be exchanged for levels. Five levels will get you on your way to starting your very own legend for your Lair. Do you wish for pirates? Rogues? A road map to detailing twisted relationships? I'll throw ideas your way in no less than five points but perhaps more than ten." He pulls a piece of parchment out from a pile nearby and hands it to you. Surprisingly it holds a summary of what he had just said. "If you already have ideas of your own, you can double that number in exchange for a fleshed out biography. Ten levels will get you six hundred words or more detailing personality and backstory, motivations and aspirations."
More examples are passed over with the Tundra looking a little distracted. "Fifteen levels can be exchanged for a short story. It can be a romance or a fight, for a single individual or more. It will never be less than a thousand words long. The catch is, you have to provide the prompt for the scene." He looks about to continue when a crash, followed by a boom and a bang echoes from another underground room. Someone is roaring about Yellow-Throated Sparrowmice while other voices call for a Kruger to calm down. The Tundra sighs. "I must attend to this chaos. Please do look over samples, prices and, rules. Leave your order on the table. I can find it in this mess."
Rules and Pricing:
- Lore ideas and headcanons are priced at 5 levels while dragon bios and short stories are 10 levels and 15 levels respectively.
- Please set out a prompt if ordering a short story. The prompt can be as detailed as you like.
- As soon as payment is received, turn around is a day for lore ideas while bios and short stories will take a week to a week and a half to complete.
