The height difference between them is about like this.

Description (what are they doing?): If you'd be up for it, I'd love for them to be doing something cute together? That could be like, holding hands with a small bounce animation, or glancing at each other and laughing, one leaning on the other? If possible, maybe one of them giving the other a quick kiss on the cheek or forehead or something, but I understand if that would be too complex/if you wouldn't be comfortable doing something like that. I'm totally up for discussing other options and also how many extra frames you think you'd need!

Payment (gems, treasure): May I do half treasure, half gems, if that's okay? (Or I can pay entirely in one currency!)

Anything else I should know?: Just a small note that Burton (the guy) has pointed ears! And I especially love these examples from your stash/tumblr (x, x, x, x), would it be possible to get them done in a style similar to one of those, or is there a specific style you usually draw in for animations (that's totally fine!)? Would be happy to pay extra of course and also extra for character design complications or anything like that~ Thank you!

That sounds adorable! I'm totally willing to do fanart. As for a bribe for shading, I'd say a piece of gem apparel (I especially need the plum plumes >.<) or an equivalent gem amount would be fine!
For them doing something cute together, both the bouncing animation and the leaning/kissing animation are totally feasible! The bouncing animation would be only 2 frames, and so no extra payment would be needed. I did a quick test of one where the two are leaning against each other, one gives the other a quick smooch, and the other blushes and laughs. For a slightly choppier version, this would be 6 frames and would be +80g/kt. For a smoother version it would be 8 frames, and would be +120g/kt. Would you like the bounce, the choppier kiss+laugh, or the smoother kiss+laugh, or something else?
Having two characters would be+20g/kt, but it's totally fine to have two!
Half gems, half treasure is completely fine by me as long as it all lines up with my gem:treasure ratio, 1:1000!
The style you showed me is actually really nice for animating, I can totally do that!

Overall for the bounce that would be base (80) + color (10) + one extra character (20) + bribe for shading = 110g or kt plus bribe.
The choppier kiss+laugh would be base (80) + color (10) + one extra character (20) + bribe for shading + 4 extra frames (80) = 190g or kt plus bribe.
The smoother kiss+laugh would be base (80) + color (10) + one extra character (20) +bribe for shading + 6 extra frames (120) = 230g or kt plus bribe.

I'm glad you like the icons!! I can do more than one piece of art, but each would be its own slot. So if you wanted two icons, each icon would be in a separate slot~
