3. I start sketching after after receiving payment.
   
4. I send you the sketch. If you don't reply in a week, I'll take that you're okay with the sketch and begin the piece.
   
5. I'll send the full size finished piece by PM and post the smaller version here!
   
6. Refunds are only available before I start the piece.
