I imagined Chou and Rui to accidentally meet as Chou is exploring parts of the palace (that he shouldn't be, but he's quite curious and carefree) and he finds Rui. Rui of course, is excited to meet any kind of stranger, since he's been locked up in the palace all his life, and I'd imagine they get along well! (Chou would tell Rui jokes and diss the Emeperor and Empress without knowing he's talking to the crowned prince) Of course, Rui would be totally fine with that, and actually find it quite funny and true. And then, as they get to know each other more, Chou would tell Rui about the woman that he's fallen in love with, and Rui would listen intently, amused at his friend in love. Little does Rui know that the woman Chou is talking about is his step sister! (Although if Rui did find out, he wouldn't be angry or upset)
Other Details: comedy
My lair theme is an ancient oriental imperial dynasty, and I'd like to have my dragons written about in their human forms (they all have picture references in their bios and theme songs if you click the musical note on the top right of their bio)
I hope that's doable for you! Of course I'd be paying however much extra you would want since there is a lot of details :)
