She spends a lot of time at the border where the Tangled Wood and the Sea of a Thousand Currents meet, and is an excellent swimmer. When she first started learning to swim, her feathers would soak up the water and weigh her down, making it much more difficult, but she eventually found that rubbing some natural oils onto her feathers before swimming made them much more water-resistant (like a duck's). She is curious, enough so that it sometimes leads her into trouble. She likes to sit by tide pools and watch the little creatures that wash up in them, and sometimes tries to sneak things like hermit crabs home as small pets, much to the annoyance of her clanmates who sometimes wake up to the sting of getting pinched by one of her little friends. Even as a hatchling, she knew that where she was born wasn't where she belonged, so as soon as she could fly well enough she bid her clan goodbye and set off for the place she felt immediately drawn to: the Starfall Isles. The journey was long and hard, especially for a dragon so young, but she persevered and eventually reached her destination with the help of friendly clans in the territories along the way. Once in the Arcane territory, the plucky little dragoness simply strode into the first clan dwelling she found and asserted herself, and she lives there to this day. She is an immensely proud and boastful dragon who has a tendency to exaggerate things, but, oddly enough, the other dragons seem to respond to it, as she has steadily gained popularity among her clanmates. Her familiar is a sort of reminder of where she came from, a creature that simply attached itself to her as she ventured out of the Sea of a Thousand Currents and rode on her back through her entire trip. It has partially adapted to living on land with Rosalind, so long as it is kept moist. Rosalind has an incredible amount of magical ability, but the problem is that she has no idea how to control it and it often just comes out in bursts if she is experiencing a particularly powerful moment of emotion. So, she tries to keep her emotions in check, and thus may sometimes seem blank and without care for anything to the casual observer. She enjoys swimming from time to time, a leftover Water-flight urge of hers, and she also spends a lot of time making sure she looks her best, fluffing her feathers and polishing her crystalline scales.

Ever since she was a hatchling, Acheri has been considered a little odd. She would be observed supposedly talking to herself, running around and playing as if chasing somebody in a game of tag when there was nobody there, or other such things. This had a tendency to cause other hatchlings to make fun of her and push her around, but Acheri always had always been able to turn to her mother, the clan's leader, for comfort or to set the others straight. At first, most of her clanmates assumed her strange behavior to be just the typical over-active imagination of a hatchling, perhaps some imaginary friends... However, that was quickly disproved as they found that she never grew out of it. The truth is, she can see and communicate with spirits; and, being the only one in her clan who has such abilities, most of the other dragons don't believe her. (Although, there is one dragon in particular who believes her: her best friend, Aiden.) She can't often tell the difference between a living dragon and the ghost of a dead one, as she hasn't found any uniform indicators to differentiate them quite yet, so other dragons often see her apparently talking to nothing. If one gets past the strangeness and actually spends some time with Acheri, they find that she is very sweet and innocent, and apparently puts no blame on anyone for how she was treated in the past and holds no hard feelings. However, there is just something about her that a lot of dragons find unsettling, though nobody has quite figured out what it is yet... Perhaps it's the ever-present mischievous look in her eyes even when she is doing nothing at all, or the underlying thought of "what if she's right and there are ghosts here", or maybe something else entirely. She will sometimes help Aiden with the animals, and will gladly help with other tasks too when asked to do so. She often keeps an eye on hatchlings as well, perhaps hoping that she might spot one behaving in a similar way to herself and speaking to the ones only she can see...

Pandora is no ordinary Skydancer. The Skydancer breed may have originated in the Windsinger's land, and she may have been born Wind-flight as well, but Pandora has no ties to the Wind flight, and rather has been blessed by the Plaguebringer herself. The Plaguebringer had happened to be making a journey deep into the Southern Icefield to negotiate a problem with the Icewarden (well, not so much to negotiate as to leave a contagion vector in his lair to let him know to back off) when she came across an abandoned hatchling, barely a day old. Usually, she probably would have simply kept moving, but she felt that this particular hatchling had potential, vast potential that could be used to benefit the Plague flight's mission to spread and infect wherever they could. So, she took her in and raised her. The Plaguebringer is not usually one to give beneficial gifts, but she granted Pandora striking beauty and invulnerability to all harm, gifts that would ultimately make it easier for the young dragoness to trick and infect others for her great "mother." Once Pandora was fully grown and had mastered her abilities, the Plaguebringer sent her off to wander all of Sornieth, leaving death and decay in her wake. Pandora eventually journeyed back to the Southern Icefield, where she had first been left behind, and braved the frigid climate there to continue her campaign of contagion. After wandering a while, she eventually found a clan, and for some reason felt that it was a good place to settle, at least until she moved on to another territory. For now, she still resides in that clan, and nobody dares try to remove her for fear of the powerful magic she has proven herself to have. If there is one phrase other dragons would use to describe this deceivingly beautiful witch, it is this: pure evil. She is a crafty, intelligent dragoness, and this combined with her life's mission is bad news for all around her who aren't fellow children of the plague. She has seduced many a dragon, and it never ends well for them. Other dragons not of plague flight have learned to keep their distance from Pandora, and mothers carefully keep their hatchlings away from her, as anyone who so much as gets a little too close to her is sure to either come down with some kind of terrible disease or have a nasty spell put on them. Pandora carries countless different diseases, all of which she herself is immune to. She lives up to her description as a disciple of the Plaguebringer - plants wither all around her wherever she steps, and it seems nothing is safe from the variety of plagues she spreads wherever she goes, and she takes glee in this.

Samael may be an older dragon, retired from fighting due to both simply his age and an injured leg that didn't quite heal right, but don't let this fool you - he is not a dragon to be trifled with. Samael was once one of the clan's top warriors, a dragon of incredible skill in battle who commanded the respect of his clanmates and still does today. When he first came to the clan he now calls home, he suffered a period of being almost constantly sick as he got used to the place and its many residual illnesses, but he was stubborn, staying right there and even continuing to work and train when he was able to. And now, despite walking with a slight limp and being declared officially retired, he has stubbornly refused to give up training and fighting completely, instead now instructing the other warriors of the clan, new and old alike. In fact, it's often the older and more experienced ones who come to him on their own for tips and help with their techniques, as the rookies tend to be a little intimidated by him. Though a little harsh at times, he's not a mean-spirited kind of dragon... He simply wants everyone to push themselves to their full potential, and uses a bit of tough love to try to make that happen. Don't bring up his bad leg or make fun of it, though - that's the fast way to get on his bad side. Nobody is quite sure what exactly gave him that leg injury, and he refuses to tell, so there are several different theories and rumors about it among his clanmates. Some say he was fighting off a party of warriors from a rival clan and, being a Nature-born dragon and thus not completely immune to the effects the children of the Plaguebringer can have, the resulting infection was why the leg never healed properly. Others say he took on a terrifying monster never before seen by dragonkind, something so horrible even those who had been unfortunate enough to see it didn't get to live to tell the tale. Still others think that maybe it was a simple, embarrassing accident and that's why he refuses to tell anyone about it. Most of his clanmates can see his familiar, the Nightmare, constantly by his side, save for those who haven't been in one of the clan's major battles yet or otherwise witnessed a death. The creature paces at the entrance to Samael's den when he's asleep, apparently standing guard for its master. Oddly enough, the rare occasional hatchlings who can see the creature seem to like it and will try to play with it, which the ghostly horse honestly does not understand and has no idea how to react to.

Ignot has never been the most social of dragons. The alchemist generally keeps to herself unless called upon, remaining in her lair and brewing up whatever her clan may need as well as new experiments. She is very intelligent, but it mostly shown in her work since she speaks so little, mostly giving quick little remarks in response to being spoken to. If she has an opinion on something, she doesn't sugarcoat it and tells it like it is, sometimes unintentionally upsetting others. Despite her blunt, somewhat reclusive behavior, she is always glad to help others, all they have to do is walk into her lair and ask, for her door is always open. Her Sunbeam Ursa companion is usually found resting by her workspace, but will often go out to retrieve fresh ingredients for her.

How's that? If it isn't quite what you were looking for, I will gladly change it, just tell me. ^u^
