Specifications:
I would like a banner with my clan name (Harbor Harpers) on it with a stylized symbol. I want it to represent my water flight, and I'd like for it to include a sea-themed harp? Maybe with barnacles or kelp or coral, etc. I don't want it to be too flashy or distracting, just a nice introduction to my clan profile.

Payment:
I have no idea what the price range for this would be...50k? If this isn't reasonable please give me a quote with your samples?
