Skydancers are a finicky bunch. They are loyal to the council (particularly to Guardian Estrella), but they’re not very interested in typical duties. They were born to dance! To dazzle! To entertain! And so they do. They live just outside Cloud Camp, however they often travel to & fro, spreading cheer and funky moves wherever they go.
Groovie is no (Sky)dancer, but he’s a one-man-band! He’s also the best stage manager around, and an essential member of the Sky Troupe.
