Though they serve the Gladekeeper, the Boneturners are notorious black thumbs. Rather than toil away at rearing seedlings and tending plants, they sow mycelium and cultivate great forests of towering fungi and spongy moss. They coax the energy from long-passed lives back to the Gladekeeper so she can replenish the forests and fields of other Nature lairs. The most devout of the Boneturners use glowing spores to paint their bodies with motifs of bones and decay.
