LapisWings' Lair

A spiral dappled with the stars on their scales flips through a pile of scrolls and old books on their desk. They smile slightly when they see you, and wave. "Hello, welcome to Lazuli Library! I'm a bit busy at the moment, but feel free to make yourself at home." Glancing around, you notice a fae and a tundra quietly reading in a corner hidden behind bookshelves, and a pair of pearlcatchers inspecting some books in a section labeled Magics.
It's small, but very cozy and inviting.
