The large, twisting pillar on which the city of Spirespun is built, the Spire is home to Cherry and her High Council of the Spire. They gather at the Spire's peak under clear nights, so that their decisions can be heard by the Arcanist, and so that he may communicate with them. Though Cherry rules over the Spirespun Clan, she makes most of her decisions with her trusted High Council members, each handpicked by the leader to represent the diverse tiers of the clan.
