TheoDemoine's Lair

This small troupe hails from the Starwood Strand, setting up between the clan and these dangerous woods. While the troupe travels often, they have been spotted near the clan often enough to warrant investigation by the Town Guards. However, ever time the Troupe is approached they either disappear into the Strand or seem to talk their way out of the confrontation- much to the annoyance of the entire Council.
