These dragons all exist within the urban spaces of the clan territory for what is known as "Neon City" named after its spectacular lightshows and bustling atmosphere. Neon City is kept in a Skydome, machinery used to encapsulate an area in a particular airspace, and it allows the city to stay in a perpetual state of nighttime. (Once out of the Skydome and city, the sky returns to normal.)
