The items this year are really cool! I was kinda expecting Plague to have a vulture/hyena griffin (probably a different vulture/hyena given that's already what Lightning has), but crow/rat works really well too.

Regarding forum games, please only select dragons who have familiars - those are the permanent residents of my lair. Feel free to look through the hibernal den, too
That gryphon is definitely one of my favorites!!! And the sword perfectly matches Plague's aesthetic :o

I LOOOOOOVE the sword my goodness its an entire jaw structure, utterly mandibular [emoji=coatl love size=1] reminds me of aymr from 3h, the blade has a similar open jaw structure but it twitches occasionally like as if biting down on something and I like to imagine the same thing for the plague sword
the gryphon I have mixed feelings about, since I LOOOOOOOVE the bald little rat tail but I do wish they'd picked something other than a crow/raven since like, I understand theyre the premiere Scary Birds but lots of other birds are scary and/or weirdos so I had hoped for more love for them, but at the same time I recognize thats not this gryphons fault
edit: oh and nitpick but the wing structure isnt actually very crowlike--you can see this on the boneyard omens but crows have more of an elliptical wing structure, their primaries arent that long. I realize it adds to the plague ragged look but since I am nitpicking about it being a crow I shall pick even more nits than that

My first thought on the sword was "okay, someone played too much soul calibur" and that's a good vibe.

I'm surprised they went for a crow here, I thought for sure they'd save it for Shadow. Don't think they'd do magpie or raven, since they're quite similar to crows, so I'm super curious to see which bird that one will be. I do think crows fit the Plague theme, though!
I wish Aethers would've gotten Riot, but it's always nice to see Dusthides being pampered a bit

Have we had an owl yet? A night jar or another nocturnal bird is another option.
I'm a little sad Undertides didn't get Riot, but I'm glad for the dragons that did!

The sword and the gryphon are both amazing!
It's definitely motivating me to grind in the coliseum.
I'm glad that RoR is the first festival I'm experiencing when i went back to FR after a long hiatus.

I love that the sword is a nice rusty bone looking thing and not a weird green goopy thing, and there aren't an overabundance of spikes. I like a good spiky thing but sometimes there's too many spikes (looking at you meat wreath).
