I can provide additional information on her, if you’d like it, but to summarise it, she’s certainly careening into the territories of complete moral corruption, with a cult of sizeable following and extravagant(albeit deeply disturbing) plans for the expansion of her cause. Feel more than free to take creative liberties with her design, apparel and accent, especially to a creepier or more unsettling degree!
