They're fine. Not really my cup of tea, although I'll probably keep the ones I have. A few of the problems I have can be fixed with genes, but I'll forever wish the 2nd toe on the front feet were even just a little bit bigger so it's not giving Penguin vibes so bad.

They feel very bald without genes that add horns, frills, or ears. I don't plan to have many without the genes that add those.

I like the male poses’ vibe but I don’t like the breed. I was expecting something more rock oriented. Not sure what but it really just doesn’t hit the spot with me. I haven’t liked any ancients besides Gaolers and Veilspuns, and a few select Banes. I’m tough crowd though lol

I like the design okay, but I think the hatchling and the adult body build is very similar and it kinda throws me off. When I scry my hatches as adults it just feels like I'm looking at the baby but further away haha.

On one hand, it is nice to be able to tell where everything is and where it's going. I can read the outline without having to spend a minute following it from the head to the tail.
But I will freely admit that it is a bit "safe" and "boring". I mean, this could pass for a Modern. I'm trying, but it's really difficult to see this as anything but a Modern dragon concept that they revamped into an Ancient so they wouldn't need to spend extra time designing apparel for it.
Also, does anyone think the F Dusthide reads a lot like the F Tundra??? I mean:

i like them a lot! the M pose reminds me of sugar gliders. the snout looks like that of aethers a bit too much and i wish the shape was a bit more unique. the shading and lineart seem to deviate from the site style as well but not in a way that bothers me. theyre adorable and easily in my top 5 fave breeds atm!

I've scried nearly every dragon in my laid as a dusthide and I'm not keeping the ones that I don't like as dusties...I'm a bit obsessed with the breed and will protect them with my life. I couldn't have asked for a cuter bucket of rock babies!
I love the uniqueness of their tails and bald heads, and the fact that the male dusthide looks like it's just coming out of ball form is amazing. I can't get over them, and I don't think I ever will.
