I keep everything. I use Baldwin constantly, especially for genes, which require a lot of mats to make happen. I've thought of selling some, but I always need them, so it seems better to just brew high-tier items and sell those instead.

I keep pretty much everything and sell green sludge in the first few days of a festival if I'm not lazy.

A lot of my mats are still low from NotN, but last year I was keeping 30 min for everything just in case. May aim for about 50 of everything now but I doubt RNG will cooperate looking at you, purple sludge

I keep them all. I recently got into crafting and I realized that not only can I get those Baldwin familiars cheaper than I could off the AH, I also realized that I can create and sell the genes, breed changer, and egg for a nice profit.
