I was thinking a bit more about it earlier and I do agree it could have a place but I do think that place is already partially filled by the surprise emote or a combination of them.
It might be a bit silly to think that it would purely be abused but knowing the FR communities fascination with one emote/one word posts, I imagine it would just be posted with little to no context often.
Again though, people already seem to go out of their way sometimes to be rude, emoji or no.
Heck, I remember around when they were released I went to check GD or saw a screenshot or something of either a 'creepy' pet thread or just one of the few bug threads with several instances of stuff like:

Or they pop up on occasion in non-specific threads that get on the topic anyway.
It could be made to work I think though, perhaps by tweeking it slightly like the nauseous idea you had. Maybe something that's not exactly 'a dragon about to heave' but like a uh... dread lines? Those weird anime lines that go down characters faces when they're uncomfortable or w/e
This:
I feel like something like that would be more applicable to more situations? Although, I'm not sure if that would be different enough from shocked tbf.
Grossed Out just feels really specific and comes up more as a negative reaction. Angry is a negative reaction, true but having them only encourages people to use them. So seeing people post Gross out emotes at dream dragons, pets, situations, etc (even as goofy haha jokes) seems likely.
Come to think of it I rarely even see Angry used, although I guess it's necessary. It's a lot more broad and vague though too so... /shrug. Idk really.
It could work and I can see a few situations that wouldn't be bad for it so basically Neutral support, ha.
