I understand interest checks are tempting, but really, unless it's a WIP you're better off just opening pre-orders. That way you'll have a much clearer picture of who will *actually* buy as opposed to just 'being interested'. A lot of people get burned when they invest in blueprints based on the IC and 75% of people have changed their minds or spent their gems.
(That way we also don't have people pinged for the same accent 3 times with GASP. People are already kind of drowning in GASP in pings. If you used WIP in your first ping you can ping again for the final because it's assumed you made significant alterations. If we also start allowing "interest checks" as a third type of ping (which are kind of vague anyway because some people often merge them into pre-orders) heads will roll lol)
