This one was heavily inspired by the music I listened too. A theme that ran through the music, and which I hope also can be felt from the skin, is freedom, exploration and curiosity. To me, that represents wind.
The skin ended up a bit rainbow-sparkly somehow XD Don't ask me how that happened, I have no idea. I just painted on. Perhaps my impressionistic streak was actually useful for once! Generally it is a pain do draw impressionistic-ish skins, due to the detail and precise coloring a skin requires.

It was really, really hard not to name it something like "late bloomers" though, trust me.
Think of this wildclaw as the patron saint of fluttering leaves and laundry in the breeze!
That's certainly what I think of it, ahaha.

This pilot is suited up and ready to send messages all over the world!

No textures used - all hand painted. Line art and shadow layer intact and not altered or drawn over - any extra shadows are merely a trick of clever painting, as you can tell from the wing in the background. ;)
