She literally leaps at Nephrite and, in a way, tackles her. They both tumble to the floor and she can't help but kiss and hug her because she thought it would be a no because maybe it was too soon. But, relieved, she slips the ring onto Nephrite's claw.

She hugs her and wraps her wings around her, so happy that it sounds like she is purring sorta with a chirping sound. She looks entirely rainbow again but this time you could tell she was. Nephrite’s little pet comes in snuggles in between then, purring as well.

"Why, of all the dragons in the world-- in this village alone, even, would you pick ME to love?" She's starting to cry slightly, and she's clinging to Electron like the Spiral is the only thing between her and an endless drop.
