Sure! They can probably either talk with a mental connection, or are understood by humans who are bonded with a dragon, as in, regular humans without dragons wouldn't understand them. Whichever you think works best.

Sounds good! I think they should be able to speak through their minds like in Eragon, but they can choose who hears them. Like, they can either only speak to the human they're bonded with or they can allow others to hear them as well. :3
