Tanae beamed at the Skydancer, happy to have found someone at last that could help her find the Bright Sanctuary. Only a few minutes ago, she had swooped in for a landing, and discovered that the two dragons were not having an argument after all. In fact, they were also looking for the school. One by one, different dragons came to the group, all looking for the school as well. Now they had a dragon who could help them! The new dragon took off, and the rest flew after her in a flurry of wingbeats. Mere moments later, Tanae caught the first glimpse of where she would soon be living, learning, and perfecting her power. She gasped with wonder at the glorious sight. White marble walls seemed to grow out of the Earth, pearly white against the periwinkle sky. Thousands of towers and spires reached for the sky, twisting and turning into many shapes. A huge golden dome capped the center, and as she watched, it opened with a nearly soundless squeak, revealing the chambers beneath. Tanae gasped again, and flew by one of the spires to a landing platform where the others were waiting. She only hoped she would find someone who she could be friends with in this massive place.

Impala was just walking past a small gathering of dragons when she heard someone mention the Bright Sanctuary. She paused and listened, breathing a sigh of relief when she heard a bright blue skydancer say that she knew the way there. "Oh, thank the Arcanist" She murmured, stepping over to join the slowly growing group.

She followed as they were lead to the school, her eyes widening as she saw the multitude of towers and spires and the great golden dome rising over their heads. How could i have missed this? she wondered as she entered through the opening doorway, violet eyes shifting rapidly from one spot to the next. She couldn't wait to shift into the Twilight realm, wanting desperately to see how this amazing place was mirrored in the Other world.

She watched as a little Fae with striped wings settled on the platform beside her, crest flaring in apparent wonder as she looked around almost as wildly as Impala had. She smiled and nodded in greeting before eventually turning her attention to the other dragons in the group.

Tanae scanned her surroundings, eagerly trying to watch everything at once. That was when she spotted a black Skydancer nod to her in greeting, then look around. Crests tingling with excitement, she slowly made her way over to the stranger. Maybe this was a new student! ... Of course she was a new student! Just as Tanae opened her mouth to speak a greeting, a pure purple Guardian with lightning eyes descended. "Come, I will show you new students around," she said, and disappeared down a side passageway.

Thu was hesitant to go, her eyes still clinging to the gorgeous sights outside of the school. How would the inside look? She tilted her head, each dragon filtering off of the landing balcony and into a tunnel after a guardian. The wildclaw tucked her wings back, trailing behind them, neck still craning to keep the wondrous towers in her sight. Thu knew that no matter how long she lived and learned in the school, she would never forget nor grow tired of the pristine gleam of gold adorning the outside.

As they stepped into the side passage, a rather dimly lit and narrow hall, Thu became increasingly aware of the presence of each other dragon. She'd be studying and learning with them, sharing their abilities with each other, befriending one of them at least... She stole a glance at the fae and skydancer ahead of her, silently observing the looks of awe on their faces, staring at the pearly white walls and different portraits that hung every few feet. The dragon could feel a draft coming from in front of her, the end of the tunnel was near.

Becrux had just trundled into the clearing when the other dragons started to leave. She tried to call out to them, but she was breathing too heavily to speak. Once she had seen them and had heard the words 'Bright Sanctuary', it was clear that was where they were all heading. She had sprinted towards them, hoping to catch up, but her cart was rather heavy, and she never was an athletic dragon.

She pulled herself onward, just barely keeping the group in sight.

She froze as the school finally peeked into view. Oh.

It was much grander than she had expected-all marble and gold, glinting so brilliantly she had to narrow her eyes a bit to look at it.

But then the roof opened.

I'm supposed to....fly...into it?

She groaned and sat down heavily. Terrific.

Mercury was following a purple guardian which seemed to be a teacher. She led them in and said, "Come on. I'll show you new students around." Mercury followed. She was dazzled by the beauty of the gold dome. The outside was actually majestic, the white marble walls almost half as high as The Beacon Of the Radiant Eye, the gold dome in the middle of all. It shone and sparkled in the sunlight.
Inside the courtyard was like a big arena lined with sand. This seemed to be the place where assemblies were held. In the middle there was a platform made out of black tiles, looking nice against the sandy backdrop. That must be the stage for speeches. Mercury glared at the walls. The guardian was taking them to a passage on the left. She followed, and glanced at the dragons behind. They were all following closely behind, and also studying the school anxiously.
The narrow passageway was lit with torches. It was straight as first, but it soon twisted and turned around, and got wider. Then they stepped down a few stairs, and they were standing right in front of the majestic golden dome.
It was a tall, tall tower, only slightly lower than where the Lightweaver resided. Below was a shining polished silver door, with a Fae standing in front of it. He was smiling and looking at them. The guardian ushered them over to the door, and the Fae spoke up. "Greetings. You can call me Sparky. I'm the guide that will show new students through this dome. I also will help you with any question about the dome and if you get lost. Call me anytime." He opened the door, revealing a neat little room. It had bright blue tiles and a few tables.
"Please register your name at the front desk over there." the Fae pointed toward a counter where two dragons were sitting.
Mercury walked over, and faced a female Guardian. "New register?" She nodded. "Name, please."
"Mercury."
"Ah, Mercury. Welcome to The Bright Sanctuary. Please sign here." She handed a paper over to her and a quill. Mercury signed, and beckoned to the other dragons to register as well.

She landed in a large grassy clearing. Tall spiraling towers were scattered around, reaching up to the sun. She saw students entering a dome, gold and glassy. She decided to follow, inside they registered her and gave her a key to her own room. She left the dome and traveled up a spire beside it. Despite it being tall and narrow, there were hallways. The outside of it really played a trick on her eyes, for she thought it would be small inside. She found her room, number 260. It was a nice room, airy, but a bit too bright. She closed the drapes over the window and unpackes her items. There were actually two nests in the room, which meant people shared living space. This would be weird.

Zuras followed behind slowly, her eyes staring intently forward. She craned her neck up a bit to see over the shoulders and backs of the other dragons. She blinked a bit at the surrounding area and all of the new structures. A grin came to her face before she flattened it back out to a neutral expression. Her tail lashed to the side before she paused and watched as they began to register.

Tanae picked up the quill, nervously writing her name on the scroll of parchment that lay before her. "Room 129, tower three, first corridor on the left," said the guardian behind the counter. "Good luck!" Tanae nodded, then headed up the indicated stairway. The stairs seemed to go on forever, the marble slick beneath her paws. Finally, she stopped beside a skinny corridor lined with doors and bright lanterns, all doors labeled with a gleaming gold number. A couple of doors down, and Tanae entered her room, where she would now be living. Yet another thrill of excitement coursed through her as she laid eyes on her room for the very first time. A mahogany desk was placed in one corner, a lamp on the tabletop. A cupboard was squeezed into the corner beside her, a cozy-looking nest already made beside it. And on the far wall, right in front of her, was a huge window, opening up to face the distant sea. Tanae rushed to the window, gazing eagerly out to the faint blue line on the horizon. Her home. She sighed, her crests drooping. She missed her family so much, and vowed to write over the weeks that followed. Sighing again, Tanae began to make herself at home.

Thu scribbled her name onto the sign in sheet, fumbling with the quill before dropping it to the desk. She watched as the intendent flicked through a few pages of her notebook and neatly printed her name in another column. "Ah, Thu, your room is number 220. Your room should be on the second floor." She nodded, eyes owlish with curiousity. The wildclaw stepped back onto the landing pad and closed her eyes, hoping to catch directions to where tower one was, to save her the time of looking.

An unfamiliar coatl somewhere above her was being directed to the same tower. Her eyes caught a glimpse just as he took off. She followed him closely, easily finding the entrance with him as her unknowing guide. Clutching her room key tightly in her claws, she flew up to the second opening and found her room. Her nest was smaller, cozy with a few hanging plants above it and a closed window at the opposite corner. Another nest was placed in another corner, seemingly empty at the moment. Thu's mind wandered, she wondered who her roommate would be, or if she'd even get one. Her head dropped, nestled under her wing. She had nothing to unpack, so using the time to catch some sleep seemed acceptable.
