Ohh, lovely skin.

I have a positive from today. Went to the doctor to get my A1C checked again. Six months ago it was 9.8. Three months ago it dropped from the 9.8 to 7.6. It dropped again! Not a huge one, 7.6 to 7.2, but I'll take it! My doctor didn't even mention I'd put on a pound, she was so happy to see my new attitude about my diabetes working.

[/quote] oh, my little brother has type 1! idk why but it's cool to see a poster i like have something in common with him :) congrats on your A1C dropping, that's great news!!

I'm lucky I'm a type 2, so not insulin dependent. Though, if I hadn't turned things around, I would be. Those with type 1 have it sooo much harder.

@Meadbnb i mean, it's all hard regardless. fr you must have put in a lot of work to get your A1C down, congrats!

I got my appendix removed last week because of sudden appendicitis! But I am healing up well and I'm back at home :)
