Winners will be chosen randomly in the 24 hours afterwards and will be pinged to the thread to keep things transparent. The winner can do with the scroll whatever they want.

Changes the breed of one dragon to Veilspun. Veilspun dragons are an ancient breed with a 20-day breeding cooldown. Applying this item will reset all of the target dragon's genes to Basic.
