[*] only one win per person. if i draw someone twice, i'll draw another person.
[*] please don't complain if you're the last winner and don't get your first choices of prize.
[*] winner will be chosen using a random number generator.
[*] tickets will only be refunded if, for some reason, the raffle is cancelled.
[*] raffle ends at the end of august (31st)- a fire themed raffle wouldn't be complete without ending near the flameforger's festival!
