so i've got a lot of dragons sitting around that i would like to keep, but have no idea how to scry/dress them. also i remembered seeing something like this a couple of months ago, and remembered it was pretty fun to participate in so!

[*]entering the raffle is [b]completely free[/b]: all you have to do is submit scries/outfits of dragons

[*] you can earn up to [b]four tickets per dragon[/b]. for example, say i scried a dragon then dressed that scry. that would count as 2 tickets. if i just dressed the dragon as is, it would count as 1 ticket.

[*] no limits on slots, (mostly) no limits on apparel - gem mp is fine, KS apparel is eh.

part 1: raffle
entering the raffle is completely free: all you have to do is submit scries/outfits of dragons
one scry = one ticket. likewise, one outfit = one ticket
