The boring but important changes to The Simple Rules:
-changed the request wording of "at least let it grow up" to "enjoy for at least a few weeks" This was done as many for offer are adults
-added maybe breed first or re-home
-got rid of "No adopt for 1 month list' as I thought this unfair to be public (I am paying attention though)
The less boring change:
-adopted list is now clickable names rather than portraits to reduce load times and save space
