Happy birthday!!

The most memorable birthday present I ever got was for my 16th birthday (that is a LONG time ago!!) - I was really into unicorns and dragons and other creatures and my friends got together and bought me 16 gifts... every single one of them was a mythical creature of some kind.

I still have every one of them!

Most memorable birthday gift.. I think that would have to be the gift I got when I was only 2 years old. My uncle got me a dog, who was also two. She belonged to his friend. They were going to put her to sleep because the vet spayed her after she came in for yet another lost litter of puppies. Their daughters had dropped her while she was pregnant (she was a "chiweenie") and the pups died. Since they couldn't breed her anymore, she became disposable. So mu uncle saved her. I had her until we were both almost 12 years old. I lost her to very rapidly spreading cancer. She was my best friend and I still miss her.
