Hello! Sorry to bother you again, but I haven't received a response to my concern, so I wanted to go ahead and pitch my suggestion to you since you mentioned you were open to it in your apology.
Are you still excluding non-prize-winning entrants who were in the first group of A-users? I highly recommend not doing that, because it punishes those users for a mistake that wasn't their fault. I think it would be a better idea to pull from the entrant pool as a whole now - like normal - to give everyone the chance they're supposed to have. It'd be the most fair thing to do, rather than disqualify an entire group of folks from the rest of the raffle.
If I'm misunderstanding your solution (if it was only done for one round, for example), feel absolutely free to correct me; I'm sure it'd be helpful for others who might have the same misunderstanding, too.
