Everybody's stuck waiting in the Nesting Ground for authorization to hatch their eggs because somebody can't be bothered to move the trainees to the Hibernal Den, but these clowns are out here with three fresh eggs for the pile. It's quite a tense situation, so a bit of light ventriloquism is sure to be greatly appreciated by all.

The rest of the nesters could not clear out of the Nesting Ground quickly enough. Mesmeros can now throw his voice with alarming ease and has been gaining some skill at impressions. You know, trying to lure unwary travelers to their doom in the bog using the voices of their loved ones, that kind of thing.
Too bad for him (good for everyone else), with ease comes boredom. Even beating his Veilspun neighbors at their own pranking games cannot overcome the massive ennui that inevitably creeps back into his life as his one true calling (producing an interesting baby with unnecessarily complicated rules) drags on, and on, and on...

Mesmeros' near constant humming has attracted a lot of bees to the Nesting Grounds, which seems familiar somehow? He gets the feeling that he might have been a bee in a past life (the [b]First Among Equals[/b] would not approve of such a feeling). It's a peaceful feeling. He spends hours watching the bees bumble along. Humming with them. Vibing.
Delanos has very clear memories of his past bee experiences, and they were notably in this lifetime. She is plagued by conflicting impulses to encourage her children to try the spicy snacks, since it will keep the bees at bay, and warn them away, since they can't digest bees and it will only end in projectile vomiting. Her basic decency wins out, and the bees live another day.
