[center] [size=5]Welcome to LadyLarkin's Half An Egg Hatch Challenge![/size] [size=1][s]Version 2.0[/s][/size] ~ Hi! This is the redone thread for my Half an Egg Hatch Challenge, which you can find [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/qnc/2811144/1]here[/url] (if you want to see that mess mdr). The Half an Egg Hatch Challenge is a challenge I first saw through [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/qnc/2799985/1]Sinjin's thread[/url], but was made up by [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/qnc/2634722/1]Sanchow in the "What Are the Odds?" challenge[/url]! The point of this challenge is to take 2 XXX dragons (dragon with the same primary, secondary, and tertiary color) on near opposite sides of the color wheel, and try to get another XXX from breeding them! Here are the instructions: [b][size=3]HOW TO PLAY[/b][/size] 1.) Choose an XXX dragon. It must have all three genes, with no genes that introduce other colors (Pinstripe, Poison, etc) and no hidden tertiary genes (Spines, Firefly, etc) 2.) Using [url=http://keelanrosa.com/fr/]this tool[/url], find the color split that [i]flips[/i] the color spectrum. (I'll explain that a bit more once I get to my dragons, I think, cause it confused me a bit while finding the colors!) Buy an XXX dragon of the opposite gender in that color, following the same gene rules. 3.) Breed until you get an XXX! XYZ dragons should be exalted, while near misses should find homes. 4.) Challenge mode: Get another pair with the other side of the color spectrum and pit them against each other! I am taking bets on this, so if you want to buy in for one of the pairs, send me [b]5 gems[/b] - if your pair wins, you have a chance to win the XXX hatchling, along with some art and a short lore piece by me!
