@/Nostalgic Thank you! I was toying with the idea for a while, but before Hibernal Den came out, it just didn't feel feasible to store dragons and have space for fodder. The funds are another issue entirely... but since I'm not spending money on anything else, might as well!
I've been very busy with college for the past few months, but now that i'm off it's celebration time! I went on a bit of a buying spree - so here's 10 more dragons to add to the wheel. With 45/177 dragons collected, I'm just over 25% of the colorwheel done!
On a side note, I've been keeping an eye on a few of these dragons and have watched their price drop through the weeks. It sometimes pays to wait :D

I have tried doing xyz and xxx Imperials down the color wheel but I can't seem to keep the collection. It takes a lot of dedication to do this project.
Will you eventually dress everyone?

The purple-range is one of my favorite on FR, especially with starmap/constellation.
Thank you! As for keeping motivated, I set other goals for myself (mostly fest/currency related) and put the project on the backburner for a while. Yeah, it sometimes doesn't feel good to miss out on a dragon that gets snatched up in the meantime, but I found that constantly checking the AH for new listings doesn't do me good either.
Yep! I'm planning to get a skin for every dragon and then dress them. I'm actually waiting for a few artists to finish up skin commissions for a few dragons - they're going to look gorgeous.

Edit: if it's not too crazy to ask, what do you usually pay for a double G1? I've recently started trying to get a few, and it's hard to know what is realistic and what is too much. (Granted, it all depends on what one is willing to pay, but what people are asking fluctuates wildly!) And if is IS to crazy, please ignore this edit! ;)

The g1 prices vary vastly by color and what tertiary color they have. Additionally, whether or not they've been auctioned influences the prices. The lowest I've paid is around 1kg, but I generally pay between 2-10kg for a XXY. If you're curious about what I've paid for a particular dragon, the buy price and where I bought them from is listed in their bios.
