Foraging entry: Summer The Silo has been put in the center for easy reach, as well as the Trees grouped together. The Coop and Barn were put in their own divots in the trees to ensure that you won't need to go sorting through your animals trying to find the right one. I chose to grow Flowers instead of Ancient Fruit to make it more newbie-friendly, and the path is just for aesthetics.

I have no idea how Stardew works but here's my farm design! The main area is where everyone lives - the water obelisk in the center of the "maze" is for luck with their fishing. Around it are fruit trees and trellises where the hatchlings learn about growing and harvesting crops. The trees also provide shade for buildings and the well to keep them cooler in the height of summer. On the lower islands, adults run the farming and fishing operations. Their crops and livestock are there, as are the devices for processing all the materials and preparing them for trade. The bottom right island is where trade ships come in. The islands on the top left are in shallow waters, so hatchlings can go and explore and play and learn more about the land and the way things work.

To no one's surprise, it was the Tundras' ideas to start a farm. It's not like the idea had met a large amount of opposition, save from Zenstone, who worried a little about the lack of seafood on this potential farm, but no one had expected them to have a plan within the week. "It looks a little...empty..." remarked Argentum, blinking. "I do like the variety in plants, even if I'm not sure if some of them would survive outside the Viridian Labyrinth." "That's why there's so few plants now," replied Yveta, the resident adventurer. "We're figuring out what works and what doesn't, and even if nothing works, we'll still have things from familiars." "This is fair, but-" "And for the Coatls, we scouted out the area to make sure the river was full of fish!" Yveta gestured to the rivers running through the farm, connecting all around and giving the impression that the farm was merely interconnected islands. "It'll be great!" "...an attempt can be made, Yveta." Nexiana, the clan leader, spoke, ending the debate. "An attempt can be made." "And that's not all!" Yveta continued, excitedly. "We're working on a greenhouse plan, it should be ready by tomorrow."

You're going to be amazing.
You can do this. It's just within your reach. Just breathe.
The world ends with you. If you want to enjoy life, expand your world. You gotta push your horizons out as far as they'll go.

What a fun and interesting event! Time to riffle through my lore.... And boop! The other maps just don't have enough water features to feed my hungry Coatls and er... currently one Ridgeback. Now you will notice that every possible square inch is covered in either grass, trees, or flowers. That is to attract not only the plethora of Insects I need (When part of your clan is a very large group of Fae, you tend to go through a lot!) but also larger prey for my Meat-eating dragons, and natural forage for my Plant-eating dragons. There is, of course, a garden, which is tended by all the dragons in the Valley in turn. Now a since this is not a 1-1 of things in FR, I took some liberties with the varied fruit trees, but most of the plants do represent something you can find in Wind. Amaranth = [item= Greenstripe Amaranth] Strawberries = [item= Strawberry] Artichokes = [item=Corona Sempervivum] Hops = [item=Sand Creeper] Ancient Fruit = [item=Seaberry] Wheat = [item=Quinoa] Parsnip (No onions in Stardew..) = [item=Wild Onion] Kale = [item=Sour Spinach] Oak Trees= [item=Sunkernel] Fairy Rose= [item=Withered Rose] Flowers= [item=Red Emperor Tulip] Apple Trees= [item=Sour Green Apple] Cherry Trees/Peach Trees = [item=Charged Duneberry] No to explain my building choice. The house, which I can't do anything about anyway, is now the home of Iau, my FR avatar. She's my behind the scenes dragon, the one actually doing all the things that I personally influence in my clan. The fenced-off area, the coop, water bowl, the stable, and the Junimo hut all represent The Familiar Gardens, a place for all of my non-beastclan familiars. All the familiars that I have that are not paired (or can't live with their dragon for some reason, like just being too big) stay there. The area is actually a lot bigger then what I have fenced off. As you can see, it includes that bridge that goes off-screen~ The greenhouse represents the dining hall for my clan. The cave is just another gathering/hunting place, for things like bats and mushrooms. Hmm, I think that's everything!

While aspen had never thought herself much of a farmer, despite being a Nature dragon, once she was gifted a fertile plot of land on the outskirts of the Veridian Labyrinth the young skydancer decided that perhaps it was time to return back to her... well, roots.

For any aspiring young farmer everything can seem far too appealing, and as a result Aspens now pride and joy doesn't seem to have a clear focus. Mining Layout My farm is ready for the new season. Bees are waiting in their hives for the flowers to bloom, with helpful Junimos to collect the crops and fruit. An unfortunate experience with slimes made me decide NOT to build a hutch! Brrr, even with the slime charmer ring those little boogers are creepy. Plus it would take up too much spawning space for minerals. The production area is right next to the house, and barrels are arranged to allow me to fill them quickly without adjusting my position. Several gates make running in and out of the animal area fairly quick. And the mining products : furnace and crystalarium: are waiting on the far side of the greenhouse. To boost my profits a bit during the Summer I've installed a row of lightning rods at the base of the first terrace. These also add a spectacular light show whenever storms are predicted. At the base of the farm, past the wild tree orchard, is a wild area for grasses to fill my Silo.

I don't really have any lore for this, originally wasn't really interested in doing it, but then I started playing around with the planner, and this happened (warning, images may be BIG) : Fishing Layout: Plan: Render: Kinda busy (and I realise all those crops are impossible to be together like that at the same time) but...space is at a premium with this layout. XP But...how could I resist the islands layout?

Submitting a foraging in fall farm. It's a simple farm, with not a lot of glitz and glamour but that really fits Beatrice's personality best. The first plot of land is used for commercial purposes. She runs a "pick your own" during the spring and fall events, and it gets quite the turn out every season. All the young hatchlings running through the aisles and learning where their fruit and veggies come from really puts a smile on her face. The plot farther to the back is used for food for the clan and constantly rotating with new veggies every season. Beatrice's real pride and joy is her bee farm right outside her bedroom window. There's nothing quite like the sweet smell of honey and the soft buzzing of busy bees.

I'm scrolling through this thread taking notes on farm layouts I might want not gonna lie. But my entry! Abilene dusted her hands off and gestured to her farm with pride. "I'm so glad we've got so much room now to set these kinds of things up." She gestured to follow her as she made he way down the dirt path between the crops, "there's plenty of food growing, along with some flowers a mix of things for herbal remedies and just too look pretty. It's not the most practical but you need something to make you smile. The orchard surrounds the animal pens, that's more Taz's area. And then in the green house we have extra plants growing year round to build a stockpile for winter." You reach the cobblestone area at the end of the row and she nods, "this area is where the blacksmiths work to forge their metals and our fishers have snagged it for cleaning their catches and also raising bait." She glances to the row of lightning rods, "I'm... not quite sure what Victor and Molan are doing with those but they seem important and keep the trees from getting hit."
