You've inherited a plot of land from the Matriarch of your clan, and now it's your job to take a run down, over grown farm and revitalize it. But first, it's time to plan out what will go where. Will you specialize in growing crops? We hear the Fruit Tree's can be especially profitable. Though taking care of the Familiars such as the elusive and rare Chickens, Cows, Sheep, Rabbits and Pigs can be very rewarding work, and what you can make out of the products you can get from them is nearly endless. It is up to you, a fledgling farmer, to choose your path and design your farm.

While aspen had never thought herself much of a farmer, despite being a Nature dragon, once she was gifted a fertile plot of land on the outskirts of the Veridian Labyrinth the young skydancer decided that perhaps it was time to return back to her... well, roots.[/columns]
For any aspiring young farmer everything can seem far too appealing, and as a result Aspens now pride and joy doesn't seem to have a clear focus. Over the years she has grown and spread into a variety of fields- crop based and beyond. With the constant expansion of her cultivation efforts, she's enlisted the help of a few friends on neighboring farms to keep up with her many agricultural pursuits.

Abilene dusted her hands off and gestured to her farm with pride. "I'm so glad we've got so much room now to set these kinds of things up." She gestured to follow her as she made he way down the dirt path between the crops, "there's plenty of food growing, along with some flowers a mix of things for herbal remedies and just too look pretty. It's not the most practical but you need something to make you smile. The orchard surrounds the animal pens, that's more Taz's area. And then in the green house we have extra plants growing year round to build a stockpile for winter."
You reach the cobblestone area at the end of the row and she nods, "this area is where the blacksmiths work to forge their metals and our fishers have snagged it for cleaning their catches and also raising bait." She glances to the row of lightning rods, "I'm... not quite sure what Victor and Molan are doing with those but they seem important and keep the trees from getting hit."

Zeeva designed this farm:
I found a nice clearing in the wood and expanded it with the help of my friends. Everyone in my clan was so helpful! I kept some of the trees so there would be lots of shade in the summer, and I put beehives in one grove so we could have honey. I must admit I have a bit of a sweet tooth! I planted some fruit trees near the house so when the fruit was ripe you could stroll outside and pick one. I thought having livestock would be fun, so I put a stable and chicken coop in the northwest corner. I've been told that wheat and corn are very efficient and productive, so I put in a field of each. I hope they were right. Oh, and I love fruit so I put in one more field with various fruits.

This is my oldest farm in Stardew Valley. (I was attempting to play through until Spring, but it looks like I'm submitting a winter farm. lol.)
Original Layout (Winter)
Novel-Tea farm is very focused on $. Valerie's greenhouse is currently full of ripe ancient fruit, which she turns into a delicious wine. After the ancient wine has properly aged in her wine cellar, it's shipped off for some sweet sweet profit.
It may be winter now, but Valerie's farm is by no means hibernating. After recently taking over the quarry for her canning and keg operations - space on the farm is liimited after all! - she spends many of her days canning the fruit and vegetables she grew all year. Not wanting to let her fields go empty, Valerie is currently growing mass quantities of winter foraging plants.

"Wildwood farm is run by Moni, shes got a farm hand partner named Brendon. This is the first winter for the farm so they were a tad unprepared. But it's okay they've spent the winter well and have spent time fishing and mining. Currently they've reached a mine depth of level 120 and have made a total of 271,264 gold! Despite being new to farming they're doing well for themselves. They have chickens named Elvis, Mimi, Dotty, and Memes. They have Cows named Karen, Georgia, Steven, and Vince!"

In the Southern Icefields, it seems like its always Winter. The brief Summer planting and harvest season hasn't started yet, but the dragons working at the Red Farm keep the crop area cleared of debris, so it can be ready to go when the weather is right.
As a result, the farm relies a lot on other income - the Greenhouse is absolutely essential for year round income that doesn't rely on the weather. Raising animals inside, and letting them out when the weather is good, is another way the farm thrives. Artisan products from the animals can be sold to increase the profit per item. There's also a thriving tree farm on the land - most of the time the wood is used to create buildings on the farm, but it can be sold as supplemental income. And it's self-sustaining! Farmer Dark uses the seeds to start new saplings. There's also a little fishing pond that they keep stocked with fish.

please note that I chose to ignore most of Stardew's actual mechanics, including using sprinklers for aesthetics regardless of how much area they cover in-game. all fences are supposed to have gates at some point, but many of them were glitching so some fences are solid especially as you leave the farm. it's just for the visual. I've tried to keep it short but I made complex farms? there's a lot going on, sorry. you should see my spreadsheets

She runs a not-too-small farm outside the clan's main grounds where she grows a variety of flowers (mostly tulips, but also plants fragrant or colorful) and keeps her bees. Faelin loves caring for her bees and flowers, and is proud to maintain a farm that is beautiful for her clanmates whether they're just flying over or have come to visit. The farmhouse is just big enough for a few visitors or for a small team of workers during peak harvest season. Sometimes she (or another caretaker) will bring the young dragons for an educational tour.
However, the farm is mostly for the bees and was designed specifically for their needs - there are a variety of flowers and fruit trees for variety, trees and sweetgrasses around the pond for convenient places to cool off, and they recieve more individual attention than is strictly needed for insects. Nevertheless it is well-organized and the sale of the bee's products and of fruit, flowers (fresh and dried, whole or in parts), familiars, and supplies for other apiarists make the farm not only self-sustaining but profitable in most seasons.
I am especially proud of the scattered roses and strawberries in the grass. Perfect prizes for adventurous little ones![/columns]

While aspen had never thought herself much of a farmer, despite being a Nature dragon, once she was gifted a fertile plot of land on the outskirts of the Veridian Labyrinth the young skydancer decided that perhaps it was time to return back to her... well, roots.

I'm scrolling through this thread taking notes on farm layouts I might want not gonna lie. But my entry!

Regular layout in summer:

Entering in regular layout, fishing, and foraging! This is my actual stardew valley farm! Unfortunately I'm in winter so my little farm plots are mostly empty but at least you can see the layout I was going with!
My farmer dragon in my lair, Yard Work will tell you about the farm!

Sofi knew she had to do her best. Everything went in their spot. Their particular order. Perfection. Her crops and farm were utter.... perfection. Squared away in the most visually pleasing and satisfying manner she could manage. At least... in her book. She knew what her clan leader would say.
"You're so nitpicky. Why not just... let nature do what nature does?"Then again her clan leader was an odd Mirror to say the least. So she supposed her only response would be...
"Because, Wraith. Nature needs love and tending to. Nature needs help to know where the growing is good. Our help."
Well... that, and she would rather her crop looked like this.

REGULAR LAYOUT - SPRING Faelin's flower farm clan lore canon
FARMER FAELIN xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
As mate to clan founder Oado and de facto leader of the clan's domestic affairs, Faelin still finds time for her hobbies, though perhaps never quite as much as she'd like.
Perfect prizes for adventurous little ones!

[*] Sheds: supply areas, used for armor, weapons, repair materials, medical supplies, etc.
[*] Slime-hutch: combat trainers' office. Open only to clan members and registered trainees. Also includes a guardroom for unruly exalts (not often used).

[*] Barn: infirmary
[*] Scarecrows: training dummies. The dummies are backed by two fences to keep any magical bolts from flying out of the training area. Surrounding crystals (including Crystalariums) and sprinklers also damp down any harmful magical energies, backlashes, and explosions.
[*] Earth and Water Obelisks: storage tanks for sand and water, in case of fire
[*] Gold Clock: positioned prominently so that everyone can easily tell the time

I have no idea what stardew valley is, so I made this according to my limited knowledge of plants/biomes and my headcannons about plague lands and my clan. Rendered in fall for the less than stellar plague environment.
First off, I should probably clarify how it works. I headcannon that while the plaguelands are very hot and harsh, they are also rather humid, at least during certain seasons. This makes for a very odd tropical-desert looking climate, which should be impossible. (The harshness comes not from super dry air, but from infertile soil/plagues/deadly/relatively little large bodies of water on the surface of the ground - water is mostly found in undrinkable springs or small ponds and streams, and considerably healthier groundwater, as well as airborn vapor.) Because of this, plants grow relatively well in some places but are often stunted or sickly, and are almost impossible to grow in others. This farm is one of several such farms that my clan watches over, and they serve two purposes: pastures for migratory herds that work with the clan and seasonal sources of staple foods.
First off - plants.
This particular farm is looked after by Adelrith.

Like all the farms, he grows staple grains and foods that can be grown well here and stored easily. Each farm has relatively small amounts of crops, manageable by one or two large dragons (Guardians, Imps, or ridgebacks) but with several farms under the jurisdiction of the clan, there is enough to export to other clans, as it is heavily supplemented by farmed meat and things found hunting or foraging. To chose which crops I decided to grow in the plaguelands, I decided to lean back on the agricultural ways of my ancestors, and went with Amaranth, (A staple grain of the Aztecs. Its very small, and thousands of seeds come from each plant. Its also cool because it was mixed with honey and molded into edible sacrificial statues, which my clan would 100% do. [item= crisp-leaf amaranth] can be gathered in Plague. FR lore describes it as ground into flour, but I've only seen it eaten whole and prepared a bit like quinoa or rice, which is what my clan does. Potatoes are an Incan staple, and the incas (I believe, I learned this in like sixth grade so forgive me if I'm wrong)would stomp them flat and dry them to make a food that was very light and would last a long time, so it could store well once the potato season was over or be easily carried. My clan does this with potatoes in order to store them, but also enjoys them baked while they can be stored normally. Root cellars for long term, non-dried potato enjoyment are practically impossible in Plague, what with all the mold and stuff. Corn, is, well, corn. I'm pretty sure it was pretty common in a lot of places. We eat corn on the cob while corn is fresh, and make arepas the rest of the year, because as much as I want my clan to have tortillas arepas seem more their speed.
[item= sweet potato vine] can be found in the coliseum, and I can sadly find no corn but oh well.
The reason you see no sprinklers is because (a we are very primitive when it comes to technology (B we use underground canals (qanats) like in ancient Persia.
The other major 'crop' is those oak trees. They are very small and kinda scrubby, because they've been stunted, but they produce acorns none the less. Like people in a lot of places across Earth, these are used to make flour and things like pasta and flatbreads, or roasted and eaten like chestnuts. A dryad that is not technically part of the clan, but under the clan's protection and an ally maintains the trees. there are at least one in each farm.
As for the meat side of the farm, Adelrith has very little to do with it, but protect it and maintain the structures. Our clan is allied with various friendly beastclans, including some migratory herds of satyrs. [item= spotted faun] They are migratory pastoralists, and they drive herds of goats from grazing ground to grazing ground, following the same paths each year. The farms are built around the biggest and most fertile of these patches, allowing safe stops for a herd until the grass runs out. While the satyrs are at the farm, they are protected by the dragon of the farm, and they can trade meat and milk for whatever they need. There are a few different types of goat and ram on FR, including [item= ram] [item= micro goat] and [item= spotted goat]
Those mills are for various the flours/cornmeal produced on the farm, not wood, and the silos are for storing them. There are cheese presses for the creation of goat cheese, and the barns and cabin in the grassy area of the farm are for the satyrs and their flock, as they often prefer to stay near the barns than stay in the main farm house. The leafy hut in the corner is for the dryad. Near the ruin of the building that I didn't know what to do about, there are kilns and a fire pit where ceramic pots and plates are crafted, usually fired in a way that provides a similar look to barro negro pottery, and mostly used around the farm, but are occasionally carefully transported to the main clan.
I think I covered everything? That was probably way more info than you wanted, sorry. I just love lorebuilding.

Near the ruin of the building that I didn't know what to do about, there are kilns and a fire pit where ceramic pots and plates are crafted, usually fired in a way that provides a similar look to barro ***** pottery, and mostly used around the farm, but are occasionally carefully transported to the main clan.
I think I covered everything? That was probably way more info than you wanted, sorry. I just love lorebuilding.

On the lower islands, adults run the farming and fishing operations. Their crops and livestock are there, as are the devices for processing all the materials and preparing them for trade. To no one's surprise, it was the Tundras' ideas to start a farm. It's not like the idea had met a large amount of opposition, save from Zenstone, who worried a little about the lack of seafood on this potential farm, but no one had expected them to have a plan within the week.
"It looks a little...empty..." remarked Argentum, blinking. "I do like the variety in plants, even if I'm not sure if some of them would survive outside the Viridian Labyrinth."
"That's why there's so few plants now," replied Yveta, the resident adventurer. "We're figuring out what works and what doesn't, and even if nothing works, we'll still have things from familiars."
"This is fair, but-"
"And for the Coatls, we scouted out the area to make sure the river was full of fish!" Yveta gestured to the rivers running through the farm, connecting all around and giving the impression that the farm was merely interconnected islands. "It'll be great!"
"...an attempt can be made, Yveta." Nexiana, the clan leader, spoke, ending the debate. "An attempt can be made."

Kingfisher and Avalien were exploring one day when they came across this abandoned farm somewhere between the larger sea and the small islands of Ice. Whoever designed it originally didn't seem to have many practical intentions for it, seeing as most of the crops were flowers and strange devices like clocks and large cylinders are on some of the smaller islands. The strangest thing is the design on one of the center islands. It might be a maze if they weren't afraid of crushing the crops! Agreeing that this would be a good place to settle, they began to put in an effort towards restoring parts of it. So far they've gotten to most of the mainland and the islands with the weird cylinders, but who knows what they'll discover next...

When Moanaria's hoarding habit became too much for the lair to handle, her mother had her go to a parcel of land at the edge of the clan's boundaries, in the hopes that she would do something with the small hoard she'd amassed. What Moanaria did, with the help of a few others, was create a farm.

While the farm had many crops growing soon enough, its true income was always fishing. The abundance of fish and kelp drew in a curious creature: the merfae Rayne. Once Rayne and Moanaria met, she let him hang around in exchange for teaching others how to fish and swim, and whatever berries are growing in the greenhouse.

Fishing Farm - Fall
The clan runs its own restaurant, and though the bulk of their ingredients is bought from other clans, they also maintain a small farm near a river. They largely grow ingredients used in their restaurant dishes, such as wheat and garlic. The farm is also very close to uncleared forest, and it's not unusual for different plants to encroach on the grounds. The clan forages for some of these, like amaranth and berries, and uses these to supplement their stores or income.
Many dragons also enjoy fishing and frequently wander off to the islets, both for their gathering duties and to relax. The islets are largely undeveloped, save for a few buildings where clanmates and visitors can rest, store supplies, or shelter during bad weather.

Farm made in Stardew Valley Planner
Fishing Farm (Spring)

About:
Greenfell Clan's farm is located in the Gladeveins and thus takes full advantage of the already present irrigation to help with the growth of their crops. Almost every square inch is utilized, but a large portion of it is allowed to lie fallow in intervals. This prevents the soil from losing its richness and allows it time to recover the minerals which hungry crops would normally take from it. Additionally a large portion of the farm is always allowed to grow wild, so that the Gladekeeper may provide as she wishes. Multiple members of the clan rotate through the cabins in the southern isle, which functions almost as a secondary 'clan village' while they serve as caretakers of the farm. The field beside the greenhouse is one of the clan's main gathering spots and in the summer is where the hatchlings learn to fly.

Strawberries =

Plant
Fresh cream transforms this treat into an indulgence.
70
8
Artichokes =
Corona Sempervivum
Plant
A succulent plant to decorate your garden or your plate.

6
Hops =
Sand Creeper
Plant
This species of ivy can blanket whole swaths of sand. Even when culled, it seems to reemerge out of nowhere.

5
Ancient Fruit =
Seaberry
Plant
Even berries are better down where it's wetter.

Plant
Recently, Tundras have started claiming quinoa is full of vitamins, cures disease, and attracts mates. Mirrors are skeptical. (Special thanks to TCA!)

Parsnip (No onions in Stardew..) =
Wild Onion
Plant
Be careful with wild onions: one can be delicious, but two can be almost deadly.
55
6
Kale =
Sour Spinach
Plant
This leafy plant has very little nutritional value and is nearly completely inedible. Commonly used in hatchling discipline.
53
5
Oak Trees=
Sunkernel
Plant
Sunkernels are the smallest type of acorn, and are commonly harvested and eaten in handfuls rather than individually.
55
5
Fairy Rose=
Withered Rose
Plant
Even in its withered state, the perfume of this rose remains nauseatingly strong. Dragons may use such blooms to cover up all manner of undesirable scents. (Special thanks Greyjoy.)

9
Flowers=
Red Emperor Tulip
Plant
Many herbivorous dragons will plant beds of tulips for a cheerful display of color around their lairs and a tasty treat in their bellies.

Apple Trees=
Sour Green Apple
Plant
This apple could have used additional time to ripen.

Charged Duneberry
Plant
This berry glows brightest -and tastes best- just after a storm.

Quote:
FISHING LAYOUT - SUMMER community food farm semi- clan lore canon (parts are close)This is the farm that the clan keeps for meeting their food needs. They provide for the entire settlement, give or take. Not really that much meat. This is a work/live farm.
A wicker basket just crammed with fresh-caught seafood. What a haul!
75
10
Fishing Net
Dragonmade
Cast your nets wide and who knows what you'll bring in!
34
Bountiful Fishnet
Seafood
A wriggling net full of an assortment of fresh-caught fish.
25
3
Aquamarine and Cerulean live on the eastmost island, where they collect seafood (riverfood?) for the clan. The pier is useful not only as a vantage but also as a jumping-off point, literally, for food gathering. The pair are careful to keep the area immediately around the pier safe for any clanmates who might want to take a dip on a hot day.
As tasty as it is colorful! (Special thanks to EldritchCrowe!)
65
8
Golden Pepper
Plant
Not as good as the red hot chili variant that was popular back in the day, but starting to grow on you.
41
4
Spinach
Plant
A hearty, leafy plant chock full of vitamins. Eating a lot is great for the biceps.
53
5
Kabocha and Coserta live on the large central island where they grow vegetables for the clan. They share the plot and home with Hortensia and Vitis, who take care of the grapes and trellis-plants. The mills for their grain and a shared store-room are housed on the small island to the south.
Hortensia and Vitis care have a knack for growing vine-plants and as such take care of all the trellis-grown crops, including those they don't preserve or brew with. Working with grapes, grains, fruit, and berries, they produce jams, wines, vinegars, and oils in their shared workspace on the southern island.
Wears an unamused expression, but could instead wear a tiny sweater. Think about it.
25
3
Tiny Feathers
Organics
A pair of soft, downy feathers. If you had these in a greater quantity they could be quite useful...
21
Hooded Hen
Meat
This here's a nice, I say, a nice specimen. Though, it's got more nerve than a bum tooth.
50
5
Noelani and Kulani live in the large home near the main farmhouse instead of near the barn. Though the farm animals are edible, the clan's meat supply is mostly provided by the clan's hunters/ warriors. Noelani and Kulani tend to the livestock for the other goods they produce - eggs, feathers, hides, etc.
You will never find a more fetching hive of thrummin' psylla-fleas.
75
10
Reverse Silkworm Moth
Insect
Many dragons will plant moth and butterfly-friendly flowers, hoping to draw the vibrant colors of these creatures to their lair.
17
2
June Beetle
Insect
Though these beetles can be observed year-round in many territories, their numbers swell during the summer.
63
7
Bramble and Cypress's hives are not for bees but for spiders, moths, and ants. The overgrown area below the well is a home to others including beetles and earthworms. Always vigilant, the nocturnes maintain the farm's insect population, making sure to avoid overhunting to ensure a constant supply.
All that is left of a Stone Borer: You're bad at making friends.
500
Battered Laser Coil
Dragonmade
This part is roughed up, but could be salvaged for its valuable wiring components.
52
What... what are you doing over there, my dudes? What's with the weird machines? Why do you need so much electricity? 'Web Developer'? What in the heck is a 'web developer'?? Are you sure that's what you're doing? It seems...
loud. We can hear you, you know. Please put down the lasers.

The clan's semi-creepy resident poison- and potion-master, Jacaranda lives alone towards the dark woods to the north of the clan's main settlement. NATURE PROVIDES examples - all items not listed for brevity
Buzzing Rotwood
Insect
Several families of crawlies have made their homes in this rotting branch, pockmarked with holes and hideaways.
25
3
Flameleg Millipede
Insect
The legs themselves are not too spicy, but its venom packs a punch!
64
7
Venomous Pillbug
Insect
Their painful venom would be a great deterrent if they could actually pierce a dragon's thick hide.
25
3
Noxious Caterpillar
Insect
The taste of these caterpillars is bitter and sour. Despite this, dragon parents insist that eating them is good for young hatchlings.
30
3
Black Swallowtail Caterpillar
Insect
These flavorful caterpillars are venomous and are a common food allergy. Their diminutive size, however, doesn't cause more than a minor irritation to the inside of the mouth. Totally worth it.
65
7
Succulent Spears
Plant
These crisp spears have a surprisingly pungent odor when cooked. Dragons who partake may upset their lair mates.
35
3
Grove Fern
Plant
Grows along the shaded paths of the forest. A great choice for those foraging for dinner.
25
3
Siltvine
Plant
The ground stems of the siltvine can be used as the last important reagent to activate a bubbling poison, or sprinkled on foods to bring out their flavor. Risk or reward?
37
4
Emetic Russula
Plant
Just a fancy way of saying 'eat this and you might throw up.'
25
3
Wild Onion
Plant
Be careful with wild onions: one can be delicious, but two can be almost deadly.
55
6
Honeycrisp Apple
Plant
It's a challenge to get the skin off in a single, unbroken spiral. Sharpen your claws!
50
5
Aether Cherries
Plant
The juice from this tart cherry is often used as dye for ornamentations.
500
15
Wisp Fruit
Plant
This fruit is light, airy, and tasteless.
22
2
Thistle
Plant
You're seriously thinking of eating that? It's thistle!
53
5
Winter's Delight
Plant
They say this berry tastes sweetest when the weather's at its coldest.
25
3
Fungus-Covered Branch
Organics
Fungus-laden branches may be left at the doorsteps of clans that encroach too close to the edge of a grove.
27
Sticky Webbing
Organics
An impossibly sticky clump of webbing that may never lose its tackiness. It is useful as an adhesive for crafters. Just don't get it on your claws!
41
Leopard Coralclimber Toxin
Organics
Dangerous in large doses, this toxin has medicinal uses in the right claws.
34
Sharpened Deadwood Branch
Organics
The wood is brittle and crumbles into flakes if improperly handled.
42
Empty Zalis Nest
Organics
Many dragons will remove these nests without dismantling them; free basket!
42
Fir Branch
Organics
Easily mistaken for a Pine Branch.
15
Strangling Vine
Organics
Moving through a patch of these vines is a slow process.
23
Sparrow Skull
Organics
It smells as if it was soaked in... rum?
15
Strangling Root
Organics
This root has anger issues.
20
Wing Bones
Organics
A set of intact wing bones: The start of a collection is guaranteed to creep out your clanmates.

My farm is ready for the new season. Bees are waiting in their hives for the flowers to bloom, with helpful Junimos to collect the crops and fruit.
An unfortunate experience with slimes made me decide NOT to build a hutch! Brrr, even with the slime charmer ring those little boogers are creepy. Plus it would take up too much spawning space for minerals.
The production area is right next to the house, and barrels are arranged to allow me to fill them quickly without adjusting my position.
Several gates make running in and out of the animal area fairly quick. And the mining products : furnace and crystalarium: are waiting on the far side of the greenhouse.
To boost my profits a bit during the Summer I've installed a row of lightning rods at the base of the first terrace. These also add a spectacular light show whenever storms are predicted.
At the base of the farm, past the wild tree orchard, is a wild area for grasses to fill my Silo.

Ceres was fed up taking care of mortals. "Help me grow crops. Make sure weeds don't grow. Keep pests away." No! She was waaayyy over it a long time ago. Ceres is the goddess of agriculture and it was her responsibly to watch over the crops of the mortals to make sure well... so that the crops don't die. She flew off deep into the darkest forest and started her journey making her own way of life, peacefully and without the whinny voices of mortals pleading for more help. Lore about the farm itself.
All-in-all the farm is a bit of a mess, only because it's fairly new. It wasn't intended to make a profit, but just to keep Ceres and her guests happy. There is a cabin up on the hill to the right that she rents out to other deities and mythic beasts. When she's not preoccupied with tending the chickens and horses, she likes to sing to the bees by her cabin as they pollinate the sunflowers. To the left of the cabin it seems as if there is a field of wildflowers which grows back with the spring season. On the hill to the left there is a barn for storage and a scarecrow hanging out with the wheat. As for the clock you may be wondering about...no one really knows how it got there. Maybe it was a gift to Ceres from a fellow guest? Or even an offering from the mortals to get Ceres to come back?

Farm made in Stardew Valley Planner
Mining Farm (Summer)
Who needs all of them rocks? Rhiannon certainly doesn't. This farm contains everything a girl needs. Flowers. A sweet little place for her chickens to free range in the summer months. And lots of scenic land where her crops thrive all summer long. The old well next to the house provides water for her flowers and orange trees. Eager bees provide her with poppy honey on a regular basis. And when the days get hot, Rhiannon dips her claws in the creek that runs straight through the middle of her property. What more could a girl ask for?

Farmer Rose is a new farmer, just getting her start. Although most farmers aren't too fond of rocks in their fields, she was excited to find farmland that had a good area for mining. She's already been able to find copper ore, which will help her upgrade her equipment faster, making her job easier.
Rose has a lot of work to do - she's still clearing debris to make usable land, but has a small plot of spring crops growing near her house already. With the mining area close to home, she'll be able to spend more time on her farm, clearing out the trees and other rocks to create more areas for crops and animal barns.

There are a healthy number of crops, plus fruit trees and a small farm for livestock. Wild areas are foraging points for insects. There are separate dwellings for the beastclans who assist with the research, excavation, and maintenance.

Mining Layout in Spring
One of Aspens many neighbors is Seafoam, a mild tempered florist who enjoys spending his time re-purposing old mining projects (in all of their dusty, baren glory) into fantastic gardens.
Nearly every stretch of his farm is coated with some form of life or another, apart from a small patch of ore-rich land, which is reserved for digging and hunting for new treasures. This far had, after all, previously been a quarry for reasons- and it takes a great deal of treasure to keep up with all of these different plants.

Mining Layout in Summer
Lore about the farmer.
She cleared as much land as she could, got help from the locals ((creatures of the forest, not mortals)) to build the buildings and started farming.
