Despite a near tumble on the slopes, Umphathi avoided disaster and held onto a winning time. Our gold medal winner is a first time competitor, and this is the first time his clan has entered as well. Not only did he compete in all the events for his clan, he also won the overall clan medal last year! While it might not be as fast-paced as some of our other events, curling is never boring around here.
