It makes it easier to continue to burn assets on this project, knowing there's at least some entertainment value in it. Law of averages and all... We're celebrating Christmas on the 24th in Germany, and we're hosting the big family dinner again this year. So, after everybody has left and that responsibility/source of anxiety is lifted off my shoulders, I think I'll smash some more scattersights over dragon heads. Because I can and because I'm worth it ;-)

Good morning everybody. I got another facetted for Altenbourga and I'd like to pick your brains about how to proceed. I do admit I had expected to have gotten a multi by now, even though I know about the long odds for that. Should I halt scatters on Altenbourga until Christmas even though facetted doesn't look all that spectacular on grown up dragons? Could you scry her in a way that brings out the new eyes? If I stop scattering Altenbourga, should I use "her" vials on Trost as well and give him 6 every day until Christmas? Should I be stubborn and carry on as before? Do you have another idea? Agreed -- even though faceted isn't super flashy on adult dragons, it's neat at least to just have faceted for the novelty of it, if nothing else? Also it can show up in art & whatnot, so there's that I suppose?

Anyway I like the odds of x6 every day.....

Hello dear spectators, something spectacular has finally happened, come and see the spectacle, possibly whilst wearing spectacles ;-) I was gonna park Altenbourga at yesterday's facetted and use 6 vials on Trost instead. I got Primal on the second (41st for him). So, it's 6 vials per day now for the lady named after the town I was born in. Lots of uncommons, but I can't really care right now ;-) Feel free to scry Trost with other genes and breeds, broaden my horizon and make me consider stuff outside of my comfort zone (Pinstripe/Noxtide/Scales). @SaiKae - interestingly, I only bought 1 or 2 vials with gems, all others with treasure or item trades. I generate a fair bit of treasure through (almost daily) coli grinding and grab bag sales of various loot.

And I knew I wanted to get primal eyes for these two dergs pretty much since the new eyes came out. So I've been buying up vials for half a year. I didn't keep track of the exact (and rising) prices, but I'd say averaged over time I paid perhaps 165kT per vial. That would be 6.765Mill in treasure and 7121 gems at a 950T:1g rate. So, less than a Golem Workshop boss familar ;-)
