See these two nocturnes? Their children are going to travel to all the corners of the world, to visit all the deities of Sornieth! For each of their first eleven offspring, I will choose a flight for each of the eleven and I will have them exalted to those flights. Then, in the parents' bios, I will write about what jobs they found to do in that flight, what it's like, who they've met, etc... Basically, I'll write each of them a decent-size biography and place it in the parents' profiles, below their personal bios. Since all the exaltees will be children of the same parents, they'll all be linked through the offspring list!
In this way I'm hoping to create some exalted dragons that will still occasionally be looked at and appreciated (by me, at least).

If you want to be updated on progress (genes added, lair expanded, nest placed, nest hatched, new lore, that kind of thing), please post and I'll add you to a pinglist! I'll subscribe to the thread so you don't have to ping me, though I won't mind too much if you do so out of habit. ;)

Pair lore:
Dayfox and Duskfox have their own little forest grove that they live in, where they prefer sleep handing upside down from the branches, like bats or flying foxes. In fact, they are both partial to the occasional bit of fruit! The grove is on the boundary between the Tangled Wood and Viridian Labyrinth, the two most foresty domains.
One day, Duskfox decided that he wanted to have a look at the other domains, not to stay, just for a visit, to see some new and unusual beautiful sights. Dayfox thought it was a lovely idea, a sort of tour-round-the-world, so they did. They visited each of the flights, spending a little time in each, getting to know the local ways. In each they found something enjoyable, though they both felt that afterwards, they would be very glad to return home, as nowhere else aside from possibly the Sunbeam Ruins did they find forests as glorious as those on the edge between Shadow and Nature.
However, their stay with a friendly clan on the Windswept Plateau extended to longer than they had planned. Dayfox really wanted to build a kite that looked pretty and flew nicely as well, and Duskfox decided he wanted to paint the kite once Dayfox built it. So they decided to stay until they had accomplished this task and stuck with that decision even though kite-making turned out to be more difficult to learn than they anticipated.
Whilst they were living in the clan, for a stay that long most definitely qualified as 'living', they got to know the other inhabitants of the clan really well, and both Dayfox and Duskfox agreed that the friendly and cheerful atmosphere of the clan were very pleasant to be in. At the same time, both of them contemplated the idea of having a nest with each other, and the wind clan seemed to be a good place for raising hatchlings.
So it was that although their home was on the boundary between nature and shadow, their hatchlings were to be born in wind flight, and inherit the flight's famous love of travel and exploration. Although, considering Dayfox's and Duskfox's tour-round-the-world, perhaps it wasn't the wind domain that was to blame after all.

I did a lair expansion! Just two more to go!
Why does the price keep increasing?!
I think I'll focus on genes next though, because I really want to make the nocs nice and shiny and gened.
Also most of the genes cost less than a lair expansion so things'll actually happen more often.
Currently I have 290/1500 gems for starmap, and pretty much no treasure left because I just expanded my lair. But it'll build up again, eventually.
