The spreadsheet will include all the first gens! They're labeled so it's easy to see which have been exalted and which haven't. But I think the number of exalted dragons is likely lower than reality, since I haven't gone back through all of the previously recorded dragons to check that the ones labeled in/active lair are still in lairs. My guess is at least some of them will have been exalted in the time it's taken me to get back to recording the data.
