Basically, you get to choose between two elimination tactics. If you just want to get through the challenge and aren't interested in extra punishment, you just pick the one you think you can stand to look at for the next forever (maybe you need the most stuff from there for Swipp, or you like to collect something that drops there, or it offers a rare item you've lusted after, or you just like the aesthetics better). But if you want to stay true to the Xtreme spirit, you do an elimination round. For the elimination round, you battle in each and the one that drops anything rarer than food, materials, or trinkets first is the winner.

omg im gonna cry
thank you so much, synnful!! It'll be so much nicer than manually counting spiffy loot and timing my battles, which is far less accurate than counting them! I mean, 15min in Waterways =/= 15min in the mire! Then I got all the way to kelp beds, but coli was lagging bad by that time, and I think at 36 mins, I'd only fought six battles and got really discouraged.
But look at this website ... it's so shiny and filled with statistics!!! Looks like it might be for the yeti hunters? But they included all the venues ... and the loot's toggle-able ... and it's dark and not eye-blindy! this is very pleasing.
Looks like I'll see you in the scorched forest for nine million years, looking for eggs - unless you get even luckier. I got a familiar drop first battle in the Ruins while training fodder a few days ago, so ... uh. I hope you get a venue you actually like lol
