I've been on many ping lists for years. At this point my interests are more specific and I have no idea how to find those lists and remove myself from them.

Can someone walk me through finding a ping list starting with a ping notice, to where I can then remove myself from it?

unfortunately when it comes to the older/user made pinglists it varies depending on who's in charge of the list or what it's ultimately made to do - generally speaking the main pinglist will either be somewhere in the thread that posted it or in the case of the larger/more complex ones there will be a link back to a hub thread similar to where you originally signed up for it

fortunately(?) most of the pings you've been getting seem to be from the gen 1 hoarders which is why most of your incoming pings have been sent by different people. the second post of their main thread has a quick way to remove yourself

if you happened to sign up for any of the newer on site pinglists, you can access those with the @ button in the top right, between the new post and search buttons
