sounds like she (or someone else) might've typed in her password wrong a few times, not much she'll be able to do until the timer's up but there should be an option to reset it on the login menu

@PusheenBoi sounds like she may have entered incorrect password multiple times. i would suggest waiting the 2 hours as instructed. if this does not sort it out, she needs to be in contact with staff through support:
