I'm so, so stoked to finally have regened my progens!
My custom progen, Sawanya, turned out a hot mess after having spring of all colors as her tert.
After years and years of waiting for a a breed/gene combination that would make Ivory/Rose/Spring work I finally called the quits and scattered her. And again. And again. Today I scattered her for the final time after her turning Spruce/Cobalt/Shamrock. I initially thought I would have to immediately scatter again but then I ran into a combination of genes that I actually loved!
So, here she is, after more than six years:
I'm so thrilled with how she turned out and how happy she looks!
My random progen Agon was a different story:
Agon actually was a random XYX progen. But of all color combinations it was Tangerine/Seafoam/Tangerine. And while I love seafoam I'm less thrilled about tangerine to say the least.
However, scattering an XYX progen also felt really, really wrong. So, for the last couple years I sorted through all possible new gene combinations that would make tangerine less offensive and tie the two colors together nicely. And again, the new Undertides and their colorful genes came to my rescue. So, here he is, in all his tangerine glory:
I just love the joyful expressions on the Undertide hatchlings and am so, so happy that I finally found colors and genes that I absolutely love on both of them!
