When clicking on "create" in order to craft the Agol I got the bug message with the following feedback:

Update: just went back and checked Baldwin and it is currently crafting despite the error

Hi there!

Typically this error occurs when you double click the 'Brew' button. Provided your brew is still happening, then you don't have to worry about it.
