Does anyone know what the drop rate of Starfish when fishing at level 40?

I just need one to complete my collection of one of every food item in the game database, but they just aren't dropping and nobody's been auctioning them since I've started looking for it in the auctions over the last few months.

I'm just curious as to how long I should be fishing in the appropriate areas before getting legitimately annoyed. :P

It's a fraction of the drop rate for unhatched elemental eggs (shiny star vs. 5 star).

For example I've been at max level for at least 3 years now and I'm at one shiny star food drop this year. I cycle through every element in every gathering profession (all turns for that day in one like today I did all my foraging turns in Arcane).

I've been gathering like this since I started and I still haven't gathered one of every shiny star food item; I bought two in the past.

My suspicion is that they are expensive and not for sale due to paranoia over added HDen unlocks, tiny drop rate and collectors.
