I also have this girl that I need advice on, I'm not sure if I should go with perma baby or leave as an adult and dress her up? The scry example's tert gene looks better as a baby, but I've also considered the Capsule gene as well.

i also think celeste looks great as a permababy with koi, definitely. looks very nebulae-ish.
