I have a bunch of favorites, but my top three are probably Kyoko Kirigiri, Kokichi Oma, and Gundham Tanaka [emoji=normal eyes size=1][emoji=normal eyes size=1] I've only played the games though, but I've watched a few of the episodes of the anime based on THH so far

In the games? Gundham, I love how over the top he is about everything.
Over all, Seiko form the anime. I love how kind and sweet she is, her design, her ultimate. Even her vice? I guess I could call it was fun and fit her backstory. I had to stop watching I was crying so hard after she died.
If I can say least, Ruruka. Seiko’s ex best friend. I could argue that Ruruka is one of the more evil characters in the series, even before their game. Needles to say when she died and no one noticed/cared I was happy.
Edit: Seeing this I do wonder if anyone one else has Danganronpa OCs and now I really want to talk about them again. As I was thinking of DR earlier too watching High Rise Invasion. As it has the whole ~despair thing too.
But for OCs me and my BF came up with a cast ourselves
My main and favorite ones where
Kojika ‘Jika’ Kobayashi The Ultimate taxidermist. She taxidermied her dog and now keeps it as a stuffed animal, due to gaveling sever attachment issues and a strong fear of death. She was a blackened and her execution was called ‘Get Stuffed!’ Which due to the name and her ultimate I’m sure it’s easy to guess what happened to her.
The other was Orochi Tanaka. She was the cousin of Ghundham and the Ultimate Toxicologist. Her cousin helped her find her ultimate as he showed her snakes and other animals that were deadly but interested her. Her pet inland taipan that she carries with her is from him. She was never a blacked but always accused due to her easy access to venoms and toxins. She’d get annoyed as she used the chemicals to try and make antitoxins and other cures.
