@Stardustblood still against the rules. the site's Terms state that users may create only one account period, and admins do not lock accounts by request, only for rule-breaking (in which case everything on that account would be stuck on that account). creating a second account for any reason is grounds to have them both locked for multi-accounting.
if you want to change flights, there's nothing to do but save and spend the 1500G to switch when your cooldown's up.

There is no account deletion/closure on Flight Rising, and there are no plans to implement one. If you want to change flights, you will have to be patient and save up the Gems to move to Plague (we'd welcome you!) but making a new account is absolutely not allowed under any circumstances.
If you want a completely fresh start in Plague, you can start saving up the Gems to move, exalt/sell all your dragons, sell your items, and possibly take a break from the site if waiting is driving you nuts. Making an account to bypass this would indeed be breaking the rules, and both accounts would be locked.
