Is it to late to get my progen back? Im unsure if i missed signups?

And is there a gender change item orso? Been a bit out of touch im afraid uvu

As far as we know it's a permanent thing.

And there's no item that can change the sex of your dragon.

I don't know about the progen restoration thing having a time limit, but there's no sex change item.
