So when I dig, I'm not earning any exp. It just stays at zero. The other gathering options seem to be working fine...

@BeetleWings Whatever area you're leveling in you've maxed out then, and you will be unable to continue leveling it until the level cap for gathering is increased!
The max level is 25.

@BeetleWings Moved to the help Center as this is not a bug! As Chespin said, Gathering is currently capped at Level 25. :)
