We have reached a majority, so here is a recap:
We'll go with option 3: 3 winners if the raffle sells less than 150 paying tickets, 5 winners if we reach 150 or more.
Referrals: you get one free ticket for each person who enters mentioning you as a referral (maximum 20) the free tickets don't count towards the threshold.
Of course if any of the previous entrants doesn't agree with these changes, their tickets will be refunded.
